Managing Director - Zimnat Life Assurance

Workmore is a marketing and sales professional with an orientation, through experience, for business growth acceleration and innovation. A business and marketing graduate from the University of Zimbabwe, Workmore has a 20-year track record of extensive experience across Africa Southern, Western and Eastern as well as the Middle East and North Africa. This experience spans personal care, household care and foods categories with a global leading multinational. He has served as Sales and Marketing Director as well as CEO for the largest food businesses in Zimbabwe. He has also had experience in the telecommunications sector. Workmore brings with him a unique passion for brands, people and hands-on leadership.

Stephen Choto

Finance Director

Stephen is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (United Kingdom) and is a registered Public Accountant. He holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and also has an Executive MBA from the National University of Science and Technology. Steve was with First Mutual Life for 8 years where he held various managerial positions. Before joining Zimnat Life, Steve was the Head of Group Reporting with TA Holdings Limited.

Wonder Madyambudzi

With over 18 years of experience in the pensions industry, Wonder is a professional with a diverse background of both theoretical and practical experience in Employee Benefits Marketing and Administration. He holds an MBA from MANCOSA (SA), a BBA (Marketing) and IMM Diploma from the Graduate School of Marketing in South Africa. Wonder has held various Pension fund management positions with Fidelity Life Assurance and First Mutual Life.

Nunurai Matiringe

Business Development Executive- Individual Life

Nunurai is an innovative sales practitioner with over 13 years of sales and marketing experience, 10 of which have been in the Insurance sector. He was heavily involved in the re-imagination of the First Mutual Life distribution channel post dollarization as well as the start-up of GetSure Life Assurance in 2015. Nunurai is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies Marketing Degree as well as a Master of Business Administration.

Farai Chishiri

Service Assurance Executive

Farai has extensive experience in Business Analytics, Process engineering and continuous improvement, Project Management, and Portfolio Management mainly gained at Old Mutual Zimbabwe Project Management Office. Farai joined Zimnat Life Assurance as Project Manager in November 2019. She successfully spearheaded the establishment of project management and improved both project delivery capability and service delivery in less than 3 months of joining and being moved to Service Assurance Executive. She holds a master’s degree in Finance and Investment from NUST and a BSC in Mathematics and Science from the UZ as well as a certification in Risk Management and Project Management.

Patrick Chadambuka

Patrick is obsessed with execution and business analytics, having gained extensive Insurance experience spanning a period of 18 years. Over the years, he has acquired experience in Actuarial, Administration, Project Management and Client Relationship Management. He is a holder of a Diploma in Actuarial (UK), a BSc (Hons) Degree in Mathematics (UZ), and a Certificate in Leadership Development Programme (University of Stellenbosch Business School).
