Elizabeth Rabvukwa
Chief Executive Officer- Zimnat Investments Cluster
Elizabeth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ). She also holds a Masters' in business Leadership with the UNISA School of Business Leadership. She did her articles with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Harare, after completing her undergraduate degree with Rhodes University in South Africa. After leaving PWC Elizabeth worked for Tractive Powe Holdings as Group Internal Audit Manager until 2005 when she left to join the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as Deputy Division Chief of Finance and Administration until 2007.
She joined Zimnat Life Assurance in 2007 as the Finance Director, a role she held until 2016 when she was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2020 she was then promoted to the position of Managing Director of Zimnat Microfinance and Executive Director of Zimnat Asset Management a role she held until her recent appointment as Chief Executive Officer- Zimnat Investments Cluster responsible for Zimnat Asset Management and Zimnat Microfinance
Lloyd Borerwe
Managing Director
Lloyd has over 17-yeas experience in Banking & Microfinance, Lloyd successfully established financial partnerships that positioned the businesses he led for exponential growth. He championed pre and post-acquisition initiatives, licensing, capital raising, business transformation, and rationalization strategies for Ndoro Microfinance Bank Limited, Microcred, and MicroKing Finance.
He is an alumnus of the Boulder Microfinance Training Centre, International Development Ireland Institution, and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has several leadership accolades including but not limited to the Zimbabwe Investment Authority Investor of the Year Award and the outstanding National Innovative Leader Award. He has also served as a Board Member of the Zimbabwe Association of Microfinance (ZAMFI).
Gift Shonhiwa
Finance Manager
Gift is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting. He is a certified member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management and has vast knowledge in Accounting and Management Development. Gift has a Certificate in Credit Management. His trail of experience span from his engagement with Astra Paints and Cyvern clothing among others. Throughout his career, he mastered key skills in Credit Control and Management, Accounting and Bookkeeping and Management Development.
Tawanda Mpoperi
National Sales Manager
Tawanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree in Finance and has 10 years of work experience in microfinance covering credit management, product and market development, marketing, business development, branch management, and retail operations management. He has attended several workshops and training in microfinance and has developed invaluable expertise in the area. He joined Zimnat Financial Services in February 2019 with a mandate to develop effective strategies targeted towards the achievement of corporate sales objectives
