Tinashe Muyambo – Group Chief Executive Officer
Tinashe has over 20 years of experience in Executive Corporate Management and Actuarial Consulting across Africa, Australasia, and Europe. Before joining Zimnat Group, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Prudential Africa where he was key in the organization's growth across the African continent.
He is a member of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from the University of Melbourne and many more accolades acquired across the globe for his excellence in business leadership.
Elizabeth Rabvukwa
Chief Executive Officer- Zimnat Investments Cluster
Elizabeth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ). She also holds a Masters' in business Leadership with the UNISA School of Business Leadership. She did her articles with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Harare, after completing her undergraduate degree with Rhodes University in South Africa. After leaving PWC Elizabeth worked for Tractive Powe Holdings as Group Internal Audit Manager until 2005 when she left to join the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as Deputy Division Chief of Finance and Administration until 2007.
She joined Zimnat Life Assurance in 2007 as the Finance Director, a role she held until 2016 when she was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2020 she was then promoted to the position of Managing Director of Zimnat Microfinance and Executive Director of Zimnat Asset Management a role she held until her recent appointment as Chief Executive Officer- Zimnat Investments Cluster responsible for Zimnat Asset Management and Zimnat Microfinance
Betty Chiware-Togarasei
Chief Executive Officer- Zimnat General Insurance
Betty Chiware-Togarasei joined Zimnat General Insurance in October 2022 from Botswana Insurance Company (BIC) where she was the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer since 2018.
Betty is a progressive business executive who possesses a wealth of experience in quality insight-driven innovation, strategy formulation, planning, and implementation. Betty was instrumental as part of the team in the unparalleled business growth experienced at BIC.
Betty is a holder of a BCom in Insurance, a Master’s in Business Administration, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) among several leadership certifications and accolades. She brings in a strong focus on strategic management necessary for exponential growth, strong corporate governance, healthy networks, and a passion for transformation.
Workmore Chimweta
Managing Director - Zimnat Life Assurance
Workmore is a marketing and sales professional with an orientation, through experience, for business growth acceleration and innovation. A business and marketing graduate from the University of Zimbabwe, Workmore has a 20-year track record of extensive experience across Africa Southern, Western and Eastern as well as the Middle East and North Africa. This experience spans personal care, household care and foods categories with a global leading multinational. He has served as Sales and Marketing Director as well as CEO for the largest food businesses in Zimbabwe. He has also had experience in the telecommunications sector. Workmore brings with him a unique passion for brands, people and hands-on leadership.
Tatenda Marongwe

Tatenda, an advocate of creativity, innovation and delivering results is a proficient marketer with over 10 years’ extensive experience spanning across various sectors which include Telecommunications, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Insurance. Tatenda holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MSU) and a certificate in Digital Marketing (University of Stellenbosch South Africa) amongst other certificates in Project Management and Events Planning. She has developed a proficiency in providing innovative strategic insights not only in marketing, but also in positioning of greenfield projects for growth.
Nelisha Chitsungo
Head- Group Human Capital Development
Nelisha is a proficient Human Capital Practitioner with more than 10 years’ experience in enabling businesses to derive value through Human Capital. Her exposure spans the Financial Services, Advisory Services, and Mining Sectors. Nelisha has extensive exposure in driving the implementation of business strategy as a Human Resources Manager since 2019. She joined Zimnat Life Assurance in June 2014 as a Human Resources Administrator and rose to the position of Human Resources Manager in 2019, with a mandate to align and drive the Human Capital strategy for Zimnat Life Assurance, Zimnat Financial Services, and Zimnat Asset Management.

Specialising in creation of “Happy Endings".Patricia has been in the Customer Service domain for 19 years and has gathered a wealth of experience from a broad spectrum of banking divisions which include Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Card Service, Diaspora Banking and Mobile Money. She has facilitated successful opening of strategic units. Patricia holds a degree in Financial Management, Diploma in Banking and a board member of Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe.
Majaira Marodza

With over 13 years experience in the insurance and pensions industry, Majaira is a multiskilled Governance, Risk Management and Internal Control professional. In addition to holding an Undergraduate and a Master’s degree in the Accounting field, he is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Chartered Certified Accountant(ACCA), Chartered Secretary (ACIS and an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (AIIZ) among other professional qualifications. He serves all the companies under the Masawara Insurance and Financial Services cluster.

Albert is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS). He also holds an MBA.
